Procurement partner handling sourcing through delivery

What we do

European sourcing, handled end to end

Our core specialization is European sourcing. We work with manufacturers, brands, distributors and specialized suppliers across different sectors to identify and procure genuine products according to each customer's technical, commercial and quantity requirements.

Dedicated procurement teams manage the work from first enquiry to delivered goods - so a buyer in Dubai, Singapore, Lagos or Houston deals with one partner instead of a dozen suppliers.

01

Product identification

Send a part number, a datasheet, a brand name or even a photograph. We identify exactly what the product is and who makes it.

02

Supplier sourcing

We approach manufacturers, authorised distributors and specialised suppliers across Europe, and trusted sources in other markets where that serves you better.

03

Alternative solutions

If an item is discontinued, restricted or simply too expensive, we propose technically equivalent alternatives instead of returning an empty answer.

04

Quotation

A clear offer with product references, quantities, lead time and your chosen Incoterm - for a small batch or for a full project list.

05

Procurement coordination

Purchase orders, production and dispatch follow-up, consolidation of multiple suppliers, and the export documentation that travels with the goods.

06

International delivery

Courier, air freight, LCL groupage or full container - matched to the size of the order rather than the other way round.

Why FEROKINZA

Most exporters start at a container. We start at a small batch.

Small and mid-sized buyers are usually turned away by European suppliers: minimums are too high, single orders are not worth the paperwork, and nobody answers a request for a handful of spare parts. That is exactly the gap we work in. Whether a customer needs a small batch of specialized components or large-volume industrial supplies, we aim to provide the same level of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability and professional service - because every customer and every order matters.

Dedicated team

A desk built for small batches

A specialised team works only on small procurement orders - the requests larger exporters push to the back of the queue. It is where our strength lies, so these enquiries are answered, quoted and moved without the usual delay.

No minimum barrier

A small batch, a pallet or a full container - the enquiry is handled the same way.

Genuine, traceable product

We buy from manufacturers, brands, authorised distributors and specialised suppliers, with the supporting documentation.

What we source

Industrial supply, infrastructure, food and everything between

Particular expertise

Multi-supplier European consolidation

Buying small quantities from five European suppliers usually means five orders, five freight bills and five sets of paperwork. We place the orders, collect the goods in Europe and ship them to you as one consignment, on one invoice, with one set of export documents.

How it works

Five steps from your enquiry to delivered goods

STEP 01

You send the requirement

A list, a part number, a brand, a photo or a rough description. Any quantity.

STEP 02

We source and confirm

We identify the product, find the supplier, and come back with alternatives where they make sense.

STEP 03

You receive a quotation

Prices, lead times, packing details and the Incoterm you want to buy on.

STEP 04

We procure and consolidate

Orders placed, production followed up, goods inspected on receipt and consolidated for shipment.

STEP 05

We export and deliver

Export documentation prepared, freight booked, and the shipment tracked to your destination.

Logistics & terms

Shipped the way the order deserves

A two-kilo parcel should not wait for a container, and a container should not be broken into parcels. We quote the freight mode that fits the consignment, and we can consolidate goods from several European suppliers into a single shipment.

AIR
Time-critical cargo and high-value components

Availability of a given term depends on the supplier, product and destination. We confirm it in writing with every quotation.

Compliance & documentation

Paperwork that clears customs the first time

Goods leaving the European Union travel on their documents. We collect the required paperwork from the supplier and prepare the export set for your destination, so your clearing agent is not chasing a missing certificate at the port.

Commercial invoice & packing list

Prepared to your import requirements, with HS codes.

Certificate of Origin / EUR.1

Where the destination or a trade agreement calls for it.

CE marking & declarations

Manufacturer conformity documents for regulated products.

Transport & insurance

For suppliers & brands

European manufacturers: we open the markets that buy from you

FEROKINZA is developing relationships and collaborations with European brands, manufacturers, distributors and specialized suppliers. If you make or distribute in Europe and want demand from the GCC, India, Asia, Australia, Africa, China and the USA without building an export desk of your own, we are the buyer on your side of the invoice.

Talk to us about supplying

You sell in Europe, we handle the rest

Domestic terms, domestic paperwork. Export documentation, freight and the overseas customer relationship sit with us.

Access without an agent network

Our commercial experience in the GCC, India, Asia, Australia, Africa, China and the USA puts your products in front of buyers you would otherwise reach through distributors alone.

Any order size is worth taking

We aggregate small enquiries into consolidated orders, so low-volume export demand becomes commercially sensible for you.

Your brand, correctly represented

We buy genuine product with full documentation and quote it as you specify it - no substitutions made behind your back.

Our vision

One trusted partner between European supply and global demand.

Our long-term vision is to develop FEROKINZA into a global European sourcing and procurement platform, where businesses can access reliable European products regardless of their location or order size.

We aim to combine technology, international supplier networks, dedicated procurement expertise and efficient logistics to make global sourcing simpler, faster and more cost-effective.

From small batches to full containers, from a single requirement to long-term supply partnerships, we are building a smarter connection between European supply and global demand.

Questions

Before you send an enquiry

01Do you accept small orders?

Yes. We support customers from small batches through to complete project requirements and full-container shipments. Small orders are part of the business model, not an exception we tolerate.

02Do you only source from Europe?

European sourcing is our core strength, but we can arrange procurement from trusted sources across Europe and other global markets when that is the better answer for your specification or budget.

03I only have a photo or an old part number. Can you still help?

Yes. Product identification is the first step of our process. Send whatever you have - a nameplate photograph, a drawing, a sample, a catalogue page - and we work back to the manufacturer and current reference.

04What if the item is discontinued or out of budget?

We propose alternative product solutions: an equivalent from another European manufacturer, a superseded-to-current replacement, or a different specification that meets the same requirement. You decide which option to quote against.

05Can you combine several suppliers into one shipment?

Yes. Consolidating goods from multiple European suppliers into a single consignment is one of the main reasons customers use us - one order, one shipment, one set of documents.

06How long does a quotation take?

It depends on the product and how quickly the supplier responds. We acknowledge every enquiry, tell you what additional information we need, and keep you informed while the sourcing is in progress.

07Can you handle large-scale and full-container requirements?

Yes. Complete project lists, BOQ packages, bulk industrial supplies and full-container shipments are all part of the business. Larger requirements are quoted line by line, planned against your delivery schedule and shipped as one coordinated consignment.

08Can you support ongoing supply, not just one-off orders?

Yes. Many customers move from a first enquiry to repeat supply: recurring MRO and spare-part lists, scheduled replenishment and framework pricing on the items you buy regularly. Once your requirements are known, repeat orders are faster to quote and easier to plan.
